CATALINA ADOBE - View this location on map  -San Rafael was granted to Josi Marma Verdugo on October 20, 1784. Don Josi died April 12, 1831, leaving his estate to his son Julio and his blind daughter Catalina. This adobe was built for Dona Catalina in the 1830s; she lived here until her death in 1861.
