Bradford, David, House - View this location on map Constructed in 1788, this well-decorated 2-1/2 story stone house was the residence of David Bradford, the most prominant leader of the rebels in the Whiskey Rebellion (1794). Bradford, a lawyer in Washington, led the rebels in a march on Pittsburgh; after the suppression of the Rebellion, Bradford fled the United States.
